The Law & Religion Research Team is a unique research centre in the country specializing in the relations between the State and the Church in the post-Christian world. The team’s research includes, among other things, restitution of church property, finances of churches and religious associations, civil liability for damage caused by clergy and the issue of guarantees of conscience and religion.
